in-house laminating, product fabrication and assembly, and an
array of automated equipment.
Expanded capacity of plastic Injection molding section
To
cope with the high demand of multi-material
assebly parts, the plastic injection molding has
been
migrated to sub-factory of group in
Changan
town, Dongguan. The production
capacity of new section of plastic injection has
been further expanded and is capable to
manufacture
parts with complicated structure.
After the explansion, Asahi Group is able to supply metal, plastic and machined parts with cost-saving and prompt delivery to customers. It allows the tailor-made assembly line to satisdy real production requirements in more efficienct and cost-saving mode.
